Responsibilities:

3. Conduct practical training sessions to enhance students' practical skills in areas such as cataloging, classification, reference services, and technology applications.

5. Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their professional growth.
6. Stay updated with advancements in the field of library and information science, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the curriculum as appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Library and Information Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in librarianship or library technician roles.
3. Demonstrated expertise in library operations, cataloging, classification, reference services, and technology applications.
4. Proven experience in designing and delivering effective instructional programs, preferably in an educational or training setting.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse student populations.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in library and information science.
